“Trust your gut” is a phrase you hear sometimes making a decision. People will tell you as you are trying to make a choice.It may or not be always the right move but people will say that. In an older movie, “Mulligan” that had initially a large TV bunny which was the star. The plot involved a woman who was a widow with a four year old daughter with a vision issue. I thought it was nice that the father was not the usual disappearing deadbeat. When everything goes amiss the mother of the widow, Marilu Henner, told her not to listen to her heart but to her gut. People will often say that they make the best decisions following their gut. For example, if you decide to puchase a new car, what are your first thoughts? Price is the main factor but will you like the car to use on a daily basis? Is it the type of car that you wish to drive to be noticed in or do you prefer to be inconspicuous? That is why people think about decding with their mind, then their heart and finally their gut. In other terms, your gut is a part of your body that does need to be taken care of daily. Many people overeat, drown themselves in spicey foods, and too much soda which will cause your gut to act and not in a good way. A probiotic is always a good idea. I like one that was discovered by the University College of Cork, in Cork, Ireland. It has rave reviews and I take it everyday. Others opt for the type that is kept in a refrigerator. There are pros and cons as to which is the best product. If a company puts the fresh probiotics in a capsule it is easily protected and will last longer.
