Everyone has their own view about something and everything.  Yet, frequently whatever their thoughts are they will automatically find another person who will disagree. It started out when we were children.  Everyone is raised differently and so each child has their own opinion or view.  However, if a child is playing with another child their parents thoughts, ideas and even prejudices are projected onto the child and it often appears on the playground.  For example, a child may believe that another child of a different ethnicity or one from a different country is not a person they should associate with based on their parents statements.   Most children simply play with each other and only care about having fun.  The parents with extreme views program their children which truly gives them a disadvantage in life. Of course, in many families politics are not a topic to be discussed ever. I know a family that is exactly that way.  At holidays, it is strictly off limits.  The main reason being that the arguments will ruin a perfectly lovely day. This also includes insulting other people about their attire. Even if you do not care for what a person is wearing it is impolite and rude to criticize them.  They may believe your appearance is awful.  What all this really and truly boils down to is mind your own business and keep your opinions and views to yourself, don’t you agree? In the Good Gus series appearances, opinions and negative words were not in a single story.  It is important that children think positively.  In the “Special Gift” Liam is adopted and he and his new dad are a multiethnic family.  Everyone was happy which is what was and is most important. The series is av available online in e-book form or paperback. “Misplaced Trust” has many views and opinions and most of the time the person in charge, the Successor Trustee only cares about him or herself.
