People need to learn how to co-operate in life. It takes little effort but it is always worth it. I often listen to Pocket FM audio stories particuarly while I am cooking. In one of the stories it was clear that an agent was holding back a potential successful individual who could become a star. He was keeping his stipend and refusing jobs for him. He bascially refused to co-operate with his client even though he knew the client had a sister who needed additional help financially as she had a medical issue. When a new agent was hired to replace him with this particular client he refused to co-operate. He even threatened to destroy her career. The client could not believe what was happening and was overjoyed at his new agent. The previous agent had literally been bullying him on top of everything else. I don’t know how the story will go but it clearly shows that a lack of co-operation is wrong. In the workplace, it is quite common. People wish to get ahead, want their ideas and work credited first and above everyone else. The unfair treatment of others always ends up affecting their performance and careers. I saw an article on social media about a patient who passed due to the total lack of co-operation from a doctor who could have saved her. One doctor was trying to save this woman and begged another doctor to step in and help. He refused. I thought they took an oath to help save lives. Apparently this man had his fingers crossed while taking it. It is also important that families co-operate. In the movie “Sweet Carolina” a family needed to learn how to cooperate particuarly the dad who was also the grandfather. He wanted everything his way after his daughter and her husband were killed in an auto accident. I haven’t finished watching it but I can only assume that since it is a Hallmark movie everything will work out in the end. What do you do when you are dealing with a person who will not co-operate?
