Uneasiness

Often people have an uneasiness which is a form of anxiety. They worry about the slightest thing, sometimes even over thinking a matter which ends up causing them a great deal of worry. Of course, if a person is sick or unwell it is natural to worry. If there is a surgery, people often have uneasiness as they worry about the outcome. How often are you in traffic when uneasiness overtakes you?  If you live in a large city, I would think every day. When I lived in California the amount of traffic on a daily basis was excessive. I cannot image what it is today. When I lived in Ireland the traffic was not that bad, though. When a person needs to  prepare or take any type of test be it medical, educational, driving, etc. an uneasiness often overtakes us.  I am a terrible test taker. No matter what it is it takes a few times for me to obtain a good grade. This has been the story of my life since I graduated high school. I often had to retake tests in business school but the teacher always gave me a break as she knew that I could pass I just had too much anxiety to get a good mark. Many people have anxiety or an uneasiness for any number of reasons. Sometimes it is just easier to try to realx, briefly meditate or listen to calming music. Different things help people in a variety of ways. Do you ever have an uneasiness? The Good Gus Series is available online at Kindle, Nook and Waterstones.
