Why is it that people tend label others? I don’t think it is right. If a person has a weight problem they call them names and give them unkind labels. It is not necessary. There are many people who have weight issues and as hard as they try, they are still overweight. There are also labels for various groups. This generally starts in junior high and moves straight to high school. There are types of name calling and label making. They call some teens geeks, losers, in crowd only teens, wealthy, and even poor. None of it is necessary. It gives the teens a complex and makes them feel inferior. The in crowd tends to brag and they really are unconfident. Many of the videos on Facebook clearly define groups and never in a good way. There are also many videos depicticting the cruel behavior of boys towards girls but the girls fight back. Of course, the boys have labels for the girls which they ignore. People need to stop judging and labeling everyone. We continue to be labeled by the color of our skin, ethnicity, accents, ideas and so much more. At one time being different was positive. Now everyone has to be the same and we can’t. We are all special and unique. We do not need to conform. Labels on food is one thing but it should never be on people don’t you agree?
