One of the most important things in life is maintaining a balance. This not only includes your home life but also your work life. The new head of Red Lobster does not believe in a work home life balance. His life is work and his work is life. It is marvelous that he will salvage Red Lobster but at the same time there should be a balance. This is also true for working parents. Another article stated how stressed they all are between work and family. Our work lives should be consistent. Sure from time to time there is a big project, but on the every day scheme of things, it really does need to have true balance. The article said that four out of ten parents simply cannot cope and just try to make it through each day. This is also applicable to a person’s lifestyle and eating. Often take away and fast food fill the void of good homemade cooking. Just today a woman who is one hundred eight told people she eats berries every day and loves carrots and broccoli. All good foods. Then there are the people who over compensate in the gym. I don’t have a gym in my home or even one close to me. I do the next best thing. I exercise, use weights and a mini trampoline along with walking every night. It’s not perfect but I am not a couch potato. Learning how to balance your work and your life takes a great deal of effort. Most people do not want to do nor do they care to take the time for it. What do you do?
