Leaving Messes

Why are people so disrespectful of others that they are leaving messes for someone else to clean up? I saw an article about a person complaining about a reveal of gender party a family held at a beautful lake. They left all the confetti and just walked away. How many times have you been in a restaurant and seen a family with children leave a huge mess?  When my son was a baby he always made a mess. We picked it up and if a waiter or waitress stopped us my late husband always gave a very large tip. It was sometimes more than the actual bill. How often have you been at the park and seen people just leave their trash? What makes them think that the maintenance should clean up after them? I have seen countless videos on Facebook about spoiled rich kids thinking is was okay to just drop their trash anywhere. Once the parents saw it was all over for them. They made them pick up the trash around the entire home and outside grounds as well. I saw an episode on “Last Man Standing” where the children just dropped their trash. When the dad and also the grandfather saw them, Mike, he had a fit. He told the cleaning lady to make them pick up the entire home. That was the last time they pulled that stunt. Just bcause a family has a maid or housekeeper doesn’t mean that the kids should be leaving messes. Often at the airport, people just drop trash where they were sitting or as they walk along. How do you think their mothers would react to them leaving messes? Christmas shopping is now here! As you read your list and figure out the gifts, think about interesting reads for both the children and adults.
