How do you feel about people who are know it alls? I can’t stand them. They explain everything to you even if you you didn’t ask. Whatever occurs they know better even though often they are wrong. They may be right once in a while but it is not necessary to tell people over and over again. For example, they may start a discussion about politics. You don’t wish to be involved but they proceed to tell you their views of who is right and who is wrong on the political scene. I am not interested in their views but they believe everyone is. I usually quietly move to the side and then disappear as quickly as possible. I also don’t care to discuss religion. Whatever anyone’s religion is, including mine, is nobody’s business. Keep it to yourself and don’t tell people about their beliefs because yours don’t matter and no one cares. I particuarly love the know it all that immediately diagnoses a vehicle. Over the years I have listened to my son and stepson about vehicles. Believe it not, I can diagnose a car. I usually tell my daughter what is wrong with her truck before she goes to the mechanic. At least ninety percent of the time I am right. When he is debating my daughter she will tell him what is wrong. He thinks she is briliant. She really doesn’t want to say my mother told me. That sounds silly. Today I was talking to a person who was quite enthusiastic about the Good Gus series. Most parents love the books and it is important to keep reading in our children or grandchildren’s lives. Everything is so technology based that books don’t seem to matter any more which is why it is so important to buy books for the children on your list and to donate to the sick kids in the hospital, don’t you agree? Also consider “Misplaced Trust” for the adults on your list and even yourself. It’s a good way to end the year. The Good Gus Series is available online at Kindle, Nook and Waterstones. Hard copies, personally autographed, are available through our website www.goodgusbooks.com along with past blogs for your reading enjoyment. Now available audio and videos for the Good Gus series on YouTube! Digitizing for all the books are available now on YouTube! “Misplaced Trust” is now available on Amazon in e-book form. It is also available digitally at www.misplacedtrustbook.com. If you are thinking of a Will or a Living Trust, “Misplaced Trust” will give you the information you need to make an informed decision. The Good Gus series, books one through four, are now available at the Morgan Mill Mail/UPS.
