Always Mad

Why do people seem always mad lately? It’s the holiday season and people usually try to be kind to one another, donate to charities, help out at shelters, etc. Yet yesterday, a group of people ended up in a dispute in a car park in California which then escalated into violence and a robbery. There was no rhyme or reason for this to occur. What should be a positive time of the year, people seem to be reacting as if it was the worse. I don’t understand it. This is also true with road rage. People seem to be in a tremendous hurry and always mad honking their horns, cutting in and out of lanes, rolling down their windows and yelling and offering obscene gestures if people don’t move fast enough. We are all doing the best we can yet there are people who are just never happy. They always have a problem no matter where they go. Look at the fast food drive-ins. There are many more issues and people are extremely impatient. When we grew up this was a happy time of the year. Yet, now, even in the grocery people seem to be always mad. They are rushing down the aisles, knocking into your trolley, or worse yet bumping into you and not even saying ‘sorry.’ This is also true during the rush seasons for shopping. The department stores are full with very few people treating one another with respect or kindness. We are all old enough to act decently, maybe it is time people started, don’t you agree? Time is running out for holiday shopping. There is still time to order an e-book from the Good Gus series for children and the Amazon five star “Misplaced Trust” for adults or even yourself.
