The numbers are in the teens and I have seen articles about people looking for work for three plus years. It is a difficult time. Many people have started their own businesses in order to try to survive. The idea of taking a course for a new skill is great, but the cost is often prohibited for most individuals. What is a person looking for work to do? The important part of evryone’s life, unless they are rich, is to keep on working and unfortunately keep on renting.
