Musicians

Did you know that musicians’ brains react differently to pain? While we hurt, often in too many places, their brains react differently. Research has shown that their brains are wired differently.  Due to years of practise and playing, their brains have developed a different way to deal with pain. Their years of practise have caused a neurological buffer which in turn has caused them to build a strong resistance to pain. All the years of practise has forced their brains to change their neurological structure. Apparently in this way their brains develop a remarkable resistance to pain. If you see coaches on YouTibe, and Facebook they will tell you that you can rewire your brain.  It is called  neuroplasticity. Many people, muscicians included feel inferior, don’t believe they can succeed and have many more negative thoughts.  Musicians have a fear of failure. It is a competitiv field, but it doesn’t always mean a person will never succeed.  Musicians have targeted training. They practise every day and believe that they will succeed. Their thought patterns are success not failure. Because they have targeted brain training, they have trained their brains to attain their goals rather than sabotage them. There are no musicians in the Good Gus series. There are good stories in e-book and paperback. “Misplaced Trust” has nothing to do with musicians just people who think lying, cheating and stealing is acceptable.
