When people discuss good what do they really mean? Most individuals believe that deep down they are good, but are they really? I think so but most and possibly all believe people are not fundamentally good. I do not believe any religion would say that though. Most people perform kind acts and help others. Often there are reels on Facebook about individuals who had trouble and a kind person helped them. Then years later they find the good person and reward them financially. For example, there was a reel about a homeless man who had a small amount of money for a haircut. He chose a nice barber because he explained he was trying to look reasonable to apply for a job. The barber not only cut his hair for free but told him to use the sink in back to wash up and gave him some clean clothes. Several years later the now former homeless man visited the barber. He gave him the best surprize. He bought the building and told the barber he could stay there as long as he wanted absolutely rent free. I saw a second one about an older woman who was now struggling financially and about to lose her home. A man she had helped turned his life around came to visit her and handed her the title to her home. He purchased it so she would have a home for the rest of her life. Those are extreme examples but nice ones don’t you agree? Terrible weather is crossing the United States in the next day or two.
