Sports Guns

There are many guns around the world and a huge number are sports guns. The use of them for crimes is wrong or, at least in my opinion, to kill innocent animals. I first learned how to shoot a BB gun when I was eight. I lived in a row house which then became a townhouse and finally  two multimillion apartments. We had a small back area where my grandfather grew vegetables in the spring and summer. It didn’t take long for me to learn. I generally shot my late uncle’s glass beer bottles. As I grew I learned how to shoot more types of guns. I liked rifles. It was again target practice but by then I had moved to suburbia. My grandfather grew all types of vegetables as we had more land. In Ireland he had a farm so this was easy for him. He would set up target practice with tin cans. Again easy. When I was married my late husband decided we should all learn gun safety. My two children and I went to a class. Again easy. They had target practice with paper against a wall. My son nearly fainted when I hit it exactly in the middle where it was supposed to be. I used a nine millimeter which I liked as it was light. I hit all nine spots. He brought it home and hung it  up in the vacuum closet so he could show his friends. I had a thirty-two but it had too much kick. Do you like sports guns?  There were no sports guns in the Good Gus series. With the crime today I thought it was best to keep the stories enjoyable. Try an e-book for the child in your life. In “Misplaced Trust” sports guns were not part of the true crime and greed equation. Try an e-book for your enjoyment. Visit the site and download an e-book. The books are available in e-book from the sites www.goodgusbooks.com and www.misplacedtrust.com. “Misplaced Trust” has a five-star rating on Amazon. It is about true crime and greed.
