Lately I have seen people smoking which was a shock to me. Many people say, “I want to quit smoking”. That’s not true. They do not want to quit smoking. They just do not want the bad effects, such as emphysema, lung cancer, etc. You probably can’t anyway. Just learn to smoke healthy!First, throw away your current brand of cancer sticks with those filters and chemically treated tobacco. Second, call around from the Yellow Pages or the web and call a tobacconist and ask him/her if they have chemically untreated tobacco, a cigarette rolling machine, cigarette papers, and a good humidor. With a little training on how to use all this paraphernalia this could work. Third, go to the tobacconist and sample tobaccos until you find one you like, then go through training.Fourth, go home, and really think about how many times a day you really enjoy a cigarette….5, 7, 10? I’ll bet there are very few times if you really think about wanting a cigarette after your coffee, a soda, a meal, and not just out of habit so that you don’t even realize you are smoking particularly when you get absolutely no enjoyment out of it!Once you have determined how many cigarettes you need, roll half that number into a nice, fresh, fat cigarettes. Then cut them in half and store them in a baggie with a piece of apple or other item to keep the cigarettes moist.Fifth, on the next day, think about when you want a cigarette, take your time, light it, close your eyes, and really enjoy your cigarette. Sixth, jump up and down (4 count “jumping jacks” are good) until you see the smoke come out of your mouth.Seventh, repeat as needed. My guess that all that effort will make you quit smoking, what do you think? I did not believe in smoking as I had many family members who were unable to quit and developed cancer.
