Everyone has their own agenda which basically means life is happening while people are making other plans. It is an old saying but it is very true. Often people make grandiose plans and then an event occurs. This is a normal occurance. For example, a person plans a party outside based on the weather prediction. They claim it will be perfect. The party is all set when all of a sudden a cloud appears and a huge downpour of rain arrives. It makes a mess of everything. Even in the workplace setting up a meeting, putting an agenda in place, planning an event or a zoom call can suddenly be derailed. There also are the individuals who spend their lives setting up all types of agendas only to do a poor job when they are interrupted. Then they have to change everything because it all went awry. People often do not set up events in a logical manner. If you are having a party, even if the weather is supposed to be perfect, the smart person would have large tents just to be safe. If a big event is in town, buy your tickets early, choose your seats ahead of time and make sure your guests are on time. One thing that can really change which may affect your schedule is a person who can never be on time. Even if you tell them one hour ahead, there is an excellent chance they will still be late. It might be best to only do events that do not require being on time. In the Good Gus series, there were events that occured.
