Colorblind

Often I receive good news stories and this one was just too good to pass up. It is about a man who was colorblind. He was sixty-one when his whole life changed. His son receive a Christmas bonus and decided to spend it on his dad. He bought him those special glasses for anyone who is colorblind. It was a Christmas gift and the dad was elated. For the first time he could truly distinguish colors. He was thrilled. He never could see anything and now he could see everything. He was truly facinated with the bright colors. For all of his life he didn’t know and now suddenly everything was bright. I have never known anyone who was colorblind but I can imagine it is quite difficult. For example if you take a child shopping for clothes, how can they choose what they might like to wear? You can explain it but it doesn’t really mean anything. Apparently it is more prevalent in males than females. It is a genetic trait that stems from chromosomes. It is part of the ‘X’ chromosome. Women can also be colorblind but their chance  is one in two hundred. It’s almost like cholorestol. Often you can inherit high cholorosterol even with a good diet. Do you know anyone with colorblindness? The children in the Good Gus series only had a child in a wheelchair, Katie, whom everyone treated kindly. A good read in an e-book may just the thing to brighten a child’s day. No one in “Misplaced Trust” was colorblind. They were just greedy and commited true crimes. An e-book may just be the thing to change your day. Visit the site and download an e-book. The books are available in e-book from the sites www.goodgusbooks.com and www.misplacedtrustbook.com. “Misplaced Trust” has a five-star rating on Amazon. It is about true crime and greed.
