Spying

We have all read about spying on an international level. Today I read that spying has taken on  using drones in several new areas. The first two articles were about insurance companies. They are using the drones to fly over their customers’ homes. There were two differenct articles in which the customers’ had their insurance cancelled. When the first woman’s  insurance was cancelled by Travelers it took some effort but they claimed her finances were “imperiled.” She admitted that she was a lazy homeowner and that she should have removd some moss on her roof. Within a few days it did dry out. That is not the point. She was upset and I have to agree that they are using her expensive premiums to spy on her. A second woman in California was dropped by AAA Insurance because of too much clutter. Again they used a drone for spying on their customer. When you think of drones do you think that they are now being used by companies to spy on you?  As if this wasn’t enough, the Ford Company is talking about including a new form of technology that will report to the police if you are speeding. This is shocking. How often have you gone over the speed limit on back roads?  I don’t think I don’t know anyone who hasn’t done it one time or another. It seems to me that the spying is getting out of hand. What do you think? The Good Gus Series is available online at Kindle, Nook and Waterstones.
