Low Test Scores

Many of the schools in the states are experiencing low test scores particularly between the fouurth to eighth grade. What is worse is that the statistics believe that high schoolers will use AI to do their homework.  They also do not know how to write cursive which is a shame. Much of the old writing is in cursive. If you use computers exclusively, how do you learn how to spell? There is no need to memorize. How do you use your imagination?  I blog almost everyday on Go Daddy. It always asks if I want AI and I always reject it. Grantted I am older but I think it is much better to use your imagination. There are even companies that offer AI to write a book for you. What is the point because it is not really you doing the writing. I have written thirty-four childrens’ books entitled the Good Gus series. I started in 2008 when I was living in Ireland. I wrote “Misplaced Trust” because at the end of a work day I would always tell my family whatever true crime or greed would happen . How do you feel about writing, learning, and using your imagination? I set the Good Gus series in Pecos because in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s they grew cantelope and had a lovely area. Try an e-book for a child in your life. “Misplaced Trust” is all true. You might find an e-book interesting. Visit the site and download an e-book. The books are available in e-book from the sites www.goodgusbooks.com and www.misplacedtrust.com. “Misplaced Trust” has a five-star rating on Amazon. It is about true crime and greed.
