Perfect

There are too many people on the plant who believe they are perfect. I heard a story today about that just type of person. I woman walked into her doctor’s office for an appointment. She instantlyly criticized the receptionist because she had a few piercing. She then sat down when another woman walked into the reception area for her son’s appointment. The boy was a teen with streaked hair, ripped jeans and a torn shirt. Once he sat down the perect woman made remarks such as, “I would never allow my son to appear in public dressed like that. How could you allow him to have streaked hair?” The other patients looked away and all secrectly wished she would be called into  the doctor next. When she was you could literally hear a huge sigh of relief. She of course, complained to the doctor about his receptionist and the boy with the ripped jeans. The doctor finally said, “Since you are here to see me, what is your problem?” She said she had been having headaches. His reply was priceless. He said, “I believe your halo is too tight.”  I loved his response, didn’t you? In the Good Gus series, Pecos had Dr. Moore and Nurse Joyce who treated everyone well.
