Everyone talks about the violence on television. That’s just it; its mostly talk. I was flipping through the channels the other day when I stopped to see what was happening in a particular cartoon. It looked like it was a story about a Prince about to give a ring to a Princess. All of a sudden a girl, wearing a costume with two hearts around her chest as a main focal point of her costume, flew between them and stole the ring. Then, a meaner person flew in and stole the ring from the girl. This show was promoting theft. No only that, the characters were laughing after each one had stolen the ring. Do you really want your children watching shows that blurs right from wrong? Wouldn’t you prefer that your children read stories that were entertaining and promoted good values?
