There are articles and stories on Facebook we all might be interested in except there are too many ads. I saw a comment today from a man who said he really wanted to read the story but he just didin’t want to wade through the disgusting ads to read it. He is right. There are medical ads that no one wishes to see along with a revealing type of advert showing women in various poses with limited clothing. What is wrong with these people? How do they expect to sell and be profitable if people can’t see their product because they are overrun with too many ads? A few adverts is certainly okay but this is ridiculous. You have to scroll down at least fifteen or twenty and by then most poeple give up. Many people find this personally insulting. Do the advert companies really believe that the average person will scroll through all the ads to read the article? Not any more. We all appreciate an interesting article or a good short story but not at the expense of wasting our time. Everyone is busy and the holiday season is basically here. No one has time to waste scrolling through a variety of ads just to take a short break to read an article or short story. Is it possible that the advertising firms believe that people are stupid? We aren’t so they need to quit and the sooner the better. Why not only use a few adverts instead of too many ads for people to view? What do you think?
