All Alone

There are many individuals who end up in life all alone. They join organizations, find book clubs, and various activities just so they won’t be all alone. However, at the end of the day it still comes down to that. Many individuals build a daily routine. They set times for everything so that they are occupied. This includes going to the grocery, any type of shopping, working, and even eating. It fills the voids. If something difficult happens you find a way to cope. It is not always easy but you have to start somewhere. Many people attend therapy as it helps relieve the burden.  One of the simplest things to do is build a relationship with various places. As you continue to try to build friendships with individuals being comfortable in a specific area truly helps. When something difficult occurs you have a list of distractions. It could include music, TV, a brief walk, or even gardening. Anything that will distract your minds. You take up new hobbies. It could be anything such as cooking and giving to the homeless, or a neighbor. It is not easy being alone as many people are widows and they have to change their entire lives. In the Good Gus series everyone helped each other so no one was truly alone.
