Defrauding

Defrauding seems to come so easy to a number of people. Even the TV shows focus on it. Just recently Miss Patty and I were dealing with a woman defrauding us. We did all the work, and shipped it to her. I even told her and she still put a stop payment on the money. Sadly the paperwork is arriving today and yet now I have to fight with the bank. So many people call and recall because the reality is they simply do not understand. There ae times when we explain what they are receiving and send clear instructions. Still they have no clue. Another woman has called so many times each day it is bordering on ridiculous. She specifically ordered deeds to add her daughter on the properties she owns. However, she never recorded the deeds. Now her husband has passed and she needs more deeds. Most people believe they can just give the county a death certificate. Absolutely not. They need a specific form which is at least four pages.  We have  worked  for two different attorneys in the past. One is quite wealthy. He owns a beach house in San Diego and a second home for him and his family. We did work for him and he did not pay us. How can he defraud us? He makes several hundred an hour. What can we say or do? He has refused to answer us. Have you ever been defrauded? In the Good Gus series the motto is ‘he is a good sheriff because he always does the right thing.’ That is one of the reasons the books are so enjoyable. Try an e-book and see. In “Misplaced Trust” the amount of defrauding is enormous. Check out a true crime and greed e-book. Visit the site and download an e-book. The books are available in e-book from the sites www.goodgusbooks.com and www.misplacedtrust.com. “Misplaced Trust” has a five-star rating on Amazon. It is about true crime and greed.
