Many customers complain about poor treatment from waiters and waitresses. Today in the news media, a celebrity accused of being rude named Patti Smith treated a waitress so badly over bread that she made her cry. Often the wait staff is not treated with respect. In some fast food stores the customers receive free refills and forget to appreciate it. They generally leave a mess for fast food, diners, and other restauants to clean up. Wake up! The wait staff are not your maids. Of course poor treatment doesn’t stop there. Often families with young children are brought into home stores. The kids literally trash various aisles such as the pillow, dress type of pillow, toys, sun glasses, etc. The parents just ignore the mess and walk away. Do you believe they would tolerate that poor treatment in their homes? Then there are the people who place a special order such as at a furniture store, custom draperies, and even a dress shop. Once they receive it they decide they don’t want it even thouh they chose the items they ask their credit card companies to reverse the charges. I am sure all types of stores, especially restaurnats, hate the customers who show up after closing and make a huge fuss. The lack of consideration for others is abominable. How do you feel about poor treatment? There is no poor treatment in the Good Gus series except for the rudeness of Bad Bart which Sheriff Gus overcomes. Today is the real Gus’s birthday.
