Boring

So many things in life are boring.  Many of us have the same schedule everyday which often seems monotonous. The same old routine of waking up, getting ready for the day, making breakfast, take the children to school if you have any, then either walking, driving, or taking a bus, train, trolley or subway to work. Walking can be pleasant if the weather is decent.  I have walked to work for previous jobs. I once commuted and had to be dropped at the bus stop, then walked to take a train to the area of the office and then walked the balance.  This did not last long.  Even breakfast can be boring.  We all need to mix it up now and again.  Understandably, the weekends are for fancy foods or even pancakes, waffles or crepes.  When my children were young I would make homemade waffles and muffins and freeze them.  It gave them variety in the morning. Many children now eat breakfast at school. Whatever work you do unless it is research, creating or developing a new product, idea or technology, new recipes, or writing, we all end up being bored at work. We all need to make our lives more enjoyable and less boring.  We felt this way even when we were young and in school. There are even boring books which we never finish, TV shows that we switch off and even people who tend to drone on often about themselves or other dull subjects.  The ideas of starting new projects, meeting new people, developing new skills are just a few ways to brighten up your life.  Think about it.
