Obiesty

Obiesty is a true condition that exists in many parts of the world. In the lands where there is plenty of food, people often overeat. There is also the availablity of so much fast food that is high in calories, fat and salt that it makes packing on the weight easier.  The opposite side of this are the people who gain weight and then work out at the gym. The really important part is that there are two opposing factors regarding weight.  The ads for the beautiful people tend to make primarily young girls, but also young men want to look like the models. There was an episode in “Full House” where DJ secretly stopped eating so she could look like the models in the magazines. Her sister, Stephanie, figured it out and did the right thing. She told their father.  It was a good episode for the young girls who worry about their figures and believe they have to look like the celebrities and famous people.  We are all born with different physiques.  That is what makes us unique. If we were all the same, what would be the point. There are people who genuinely have a weight issue.  They often try liposuction, a variety of diet pills, starving themselves, over exercising and any other methods that appear in the news.  If a body has a problem with weight gain, then the smart move is to eat properly and exercise the correct amount and accept your physique. I have always been thin except once.  I had been in an accident and rear ended while waiting at a light.  The woman was going too fast.  In any event I went to physical therapy which was fair in rendering results. The doctor decided I needed to see a sports doctor as they deal with athletic pain on a daily basis.  I very specifically told the doctor I did not want steriods.  Because she believed I was a certain ethnicity by my last name, she lied and shot me full of them. In a matter of weeks I had gained thirty pounds or a little over thirteen and one half kilograms. It was awful for me because suddently nothing fit. I complained to the doctor who ignored me.  I never saw that doctor again. The point is that obiesty can be from eating too much food or it can be a condition.
