When I read the article about a new cure for Alzheimers and dementia I was thrilled. It is exciting news for so many people. Dr. Heather Sandison has actually written a book about this very topic. In her book she gives a step by step cure. The treatment focuses on removing the plaque from the brain which is the cause the disfunction. She claims it has worked on multiple patients. She is claiming that focusing on exercise is the key. Exercise is important and she states it is also exercise for the brain. She also states that is a powerful protector of a person’s health. I have exercised my whole life and continue every single day. I think it helps me to live pain free. When you exercise it forces you body to work. It also brings oxygen to your brain which is very important. It also helps with reducing the possibility of a heart attack. Of course, everyone knows that exercse reduces stress. Often people go to the gym just to release tension and sometimes even anger. It may also help you socialize with friends. I saw an article that said if you walk even only ten minutes after dinner it will help you burn calories. Of course, it also helps you to sleep better. Dr. Sandison has recommendations in her book about raising your heart rate. I have seen people over the years increase their exercise at age severy-five and develop a strong physique. Most people as they age stop exercising. Often they have aches and pains and find it easier to just sit and read a book or watch TV. Dr. Sandison states that she has positive results. Anyone with a relative with alzheimers or dementia should buy the book and give it a go, wouldn’t you? Don’t forget your free budget simply by emailing me at mae@misplacedtrustbook.com.
