Cheater

We were all taught good manners, respect and to not be a cheater. Do you ever wonder why people do steal from others? It usually comes down to individuals taking items and money that are not rightfully theirs because they feel entitled.  They justify their actions to themselves claiming that they deserve that money, the other person is no good, doesn’t deserve to keep it and many more other excuses.  They also claim that the person they are taking from is not a good person and possibly even a cheater and therefore deserves this treatment. Whatever their reasoning, it just doesn’t matter.  What they fail to recognize is that person may have worked hard for that money, did indeed deserve it and shouldn’t be treated in that manner.  Yet anyone who has read my book knows that.  What it really boils down to is that often people believe that the end justifies the means when in reality it does not.  The constant barrage of  celebrities and their cheater ways is not only unnecessary but it just gets old.  There are so many negative events in the world that the personal lives of celebrities and their behavior is just not news worthy. Half the time no one knows why and then the articles feel a need to expound on when, with whom and what they considered to be the real truth.  Everyone deserves privacy but apparently if you are a celebrity, the media feels you have no right to it. There are also numerous videos on Facebook about husbands and wives cheating on each other. Even TV shows cannot resist the drama of it.  When and where does it all end? Do you think it is because the readers have no real lives and they thrive on other peoples errors, mistakes, failures, cheating and so much more?  I think it is time it just stops, don’t you?
