The best way to solve any disagreement is with a compromise.  It seems, thought, that in today’s world it is next to impossilbe.  When we were children we had to learn how to compromise.  We could not always have our own way.  For some children it was not easy as they were spoiled.  There are parents who rather than argue or disagree with a child will let them have their own way.  The child who screams, has a temper tantrum, throws toys, and in general is excessively demanding to that person wheather it is a parent, babysitter, or relative. When I was young I did a great deal of babysitting.  I did babysit one boy who continually had temper tantrums.  After a few tiems, I put him in the cold shower and when the parents returned home I told them to never call me again. The worst part about a child with these traits is that they never learn how to compromise.  They assume if they lose their temper everyone will just accept whatever he or she are doing or saying.  Sadly, as adults they are horrible to deal with whether in the workplace, a marriage, or any type of relationship. I would suspect that if as adults they do not learn to compromise they will lead miserable lives.  In politics compromise is the name of the game.  Everything is always worked out regardless of the country.  Where we really need it is with countries who are at war.  They should figure out that not only are the battles expensive but the loss of lives is devasting to their families and to their overall economy.  Sure the funeral homes do well, but it is a waste of young lives that could be productive in society.  I think that it is always better to compromise than let a fight, argument or disagreement drag on, don’t you?
