They often have no clue, are fired, and if lucky, they are not prosecuted. Of course, the smart competition and legal sections such as the police figure out the answer. When possible, the basic criminal leaves the country for a non extradition country and takes all the money with them. They live the easy life on other people’s money while the person they framed suffered. People really need to be accountable for their actions. They cannot skate through life like othered take all the blame. They are the individuals who have absolutely no conscience. I know a person who is never held accountable. It is extremely frustrating.
