Rescue Dogs

There are often times that rescue dogs are not from shelters.  Miss Patty’s niece ended up with a dog who had no home.  One day about six years ago she stopped and the dog jumped into her car. It was homeless and she instantly liked him.  She took him home and before long, because he was small, but he went everywhere with her.  He only recently passed and she was devastated.  My daughter has over the years saved many dogs.  One day a woman came over to help her clean her home as she had injured her back. She asked if she minded if she brought her dog. The first visit she took the dog home with her.  The following week she returned to clean again and quietly left the dog, blocked her number and as a result my daughter ended up with another dog.  She looked after him until she found a new home for him. Bonnie, whom, I have mentioned previously, was also a rescue dog. She was visiting her friends one day. The husband had a chicken coop with a male and female dog like Bonnie.  The male killed and ate a chicken, so he shot him.  He was cruel to Bonnie so when my daughter saw him kicking her, she told him she was taking the dog home with her and left.  Bonnie was afraid of all men because of so much abuse.  She has changed over the years.  One time when my daughter took her to the vet, she discovered that she actually had a bullet in her leg. Since it hasn’t caused her any pain, the vet has left it in her leg.  Animals are generally kind to people and should be treated decently.  I personally cook food for Bonnie every day.  Now many companies offer cooked regular foods for dogs.  I think rescuing dogs is a good idea, don’t you agree?
