Wishful Thinking

We all have wishful thinking at one time or another. Many individuals hope to win the lottery, receive a huge raise, get a promotion, meet the right partner in life and so much more. What happens when individuals become older is their wishful thinking often ends up with them losing everything and being scammed. Many people, and particuarly women lose everything. There is so much going on now that there are actually attorneys advertising on the internet to help people to recover their money. Sometimes it works but often these individuals have shell corporations that go from one to another in countries that will protect them. I saw a show where a group of ranchers were told to pay their loans to a different company. Then a crooked judge along with a person at the loan finance company convinced contrived this scheme. All the money was going to a judge who then seized the ranches for foreclosure and nonpayment. Cute trick. Fortunately, an inside worker caught on and ended it quickly. I have never understood why people steal. They somehow think they will always get away with in when in reality the jails and prisons are full of thieves. It is usually the wishful thinking that the con artists use to convince people to give up their money. They must have no scruples or morals. When we wish on a birthday cake, we hope all our wishes to come true. Sometimes people daydream with wishful thinking, do you?As the holidays are over, and the stress of credit card bills begin to arrive in your mailbox, now would be the ideal time to rest your brain an an e-book for the children from the Good Gus series, or the five star review “Misplaced Trust” for yourself.
