Yet, all the coaches on the internet will tell you differently. They are all stating that it starts with your mind. This actually started in the early 1900’s. Primarily men could not understand why others were a success and they were just scraping by. They began to try and emulate the winners. One of the first things that they discovered was it was all in their minds, specifically their subconscious. If you tell yourself everyday you are a loser, you are a failure, you will never succeed, you will not. You are programming your mind to fail. The same is true with health. If you continually believe you will not become well the chances are quite high you will not. There have been several individuals who have believed their cancer would disappear and it actually did. The positivity of mind over matter still exists and should be utilized everyday.
