When you hear the word broken, what are your thoughts?  For many people, they are continually complaining about governments all over the world stating that they need fixing as they are broken.  It may be true but politics has become so complicated, it is probably close to impossible.  What might be better is that they stop whining and complaining and do something about it.  Possibly by starting at the lower levels and work their way up.  There are many cities in the United States that have massive homeless problems along with high crime.  It seems impossible but if people could start one baby step at a time it just might work.  Often people will say they are broken.  Their lives have completely fallen apart and they are having trouble turning them around.  For example, a person may be living beyond their means as they believe their high paying job will last forever.  Unfortunately, nothing lasts forever.  Once things fall apart they can’t handle their debt and have no idea how to turn their lives around.  They might start looking for jobs beneath their experience in the hopes of starting over.  Unfortunately, companies will not hire them because they know that as soon as a position appears that is at their experience and pay grade they will quit.  What human resources fails to understand is that the person needs a job and may be willing to stay onboard to rise up again within the company.  Today I had a different type of broken as my daughter’s truck broke down in the one hundred four degrees Fahrenheit  or forty Celsius.  It took AAA over two hours to arrive and the owner of one of the service companies came out personally because of the temperature.  Do you know anyone who is broken?
