Neutral

Have you noticed in everyday life that no one is neutral? Having an opinion is one thing but forcing it on others is an entirely different matter.  The problem is that is occurs everywhere.  For example, you may be in the grocery looking at various items.  Another customer may walk up to you and start speaking about the produce, coffee, creamer, meats or poultry and make a remark.  Not only is it not necessary but it is none of their business.  Whatever product you buy is your choice.  If they recommend the same product at a lower price that is one thing but usually they make remarks such as, “Why buy that product? They are all the same.  You should buy the less expensive brand, ” etc.  This also occurs in department stores, book shops, tire shops and even specialty shops.  What on earth makes people believe that your thoughts, ideas and choices are not as important as theirs?  I find this unfathomable. It would be nice if people could at least try to be neutral.  I have even seen men and women criticize others over their appearance.  They may wear a bright color.  Back in the 1950’s both men and women wore pink dress shirts. No one thought anything about it.  Now in today’s world people take the time to insult others even if they are dressed nicely, in clean clothes but are not in a neutral or plain color.  With the elections coming up in the states life is about to become miserable.  Everyone will have an opinion that is expressed whether we wish to hear it or not.  If you speak your own thoughts people verbally attack you. The elections are supposed to be neutral but they are not.  Let’s not forget all the ads on social media, YouTube, newspapers, billboards, TV commercials and signs along all the roads.  We will be bombarded with everyone’s opinion and the truth  will make absolutely no difference and will not matter.  How do you feel about neutrality?
