Attitude is everything no matter what you are dealing with particularly in the workplace. For example, yesterday I had to call a credit union. I needed very specific data to do a document for a client. Not only was the woman rude, but she refused to give me the data. Lately the banks and credit unions appear to be overstepping their positions. They are acting as if they are in power and can ignore the rules and laws. If a person is hoping for a favor, how they approach the other person is important. In this case attitude is everything if you want your favor granted. Many people have an attitude that they are entitled so that when they ask for anything anytime they are nasty when they are refused. A good attitude is essential in life. It is one of the ways underage individuals gain access to clubs, casinos, etc. It worked for me when I was young although it was mostly restaurants. Children learn at an early age that attitude is everything. They observe their parents, relatives and anyone who is older. It doesn’t matter whether you are a boy or a girl once they learn those skills they apply them. This is true as a life lesson. Parents often understand that while the children are learning, they also figure out how to con their parents into whatever they are seeking. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
