Nosey

Many people are beyond curious and just plain nosey.  They can never mind their own business.  Often they go too far.  In the earlier part of the last century, nosey was a way of life.  If you were a child no one thought twice if neighbors asked you questions or quizzed you about anything. They would even reprimand you and tell on you to your parents. People really didn’t have any privacy.  There were books back then about the government invading our privacy.  Little did we know that it would come true.  I think nosey people like to gossip.  They question people and then pass the information along to others.  They will also voice their opinion on anything you are doing and become upset if you don’t like it. I have discovered one thing though.  People who guard their privacy completely ignore yours.  Whatever they are hiding, even if you are not interested and do not care, will remain that way.  However, your personal privacy is their business. Back in the day, people were treated with a certain amount of respect as long as they were aware of what was happening.  Respect seems to be a lost cause in today’s world.  In any TV show, children completely lack respect for their parents.  The same is also true of the parents.  It makes family living volatile. Plus, today is a selfish world which only complicates our lives.  Many of  the articles on the internet about celebrities’ strongly indicates a total lack of respect among their peers, for their fans, and their personal relationships. The jealous behavior by many of them is now being included in the articles. Truthfully, who really cares?  They have their lives and we have ours.  They may have more glamorous lives and are wealthy but all lives matter and ours are just fine, don’t you agree?
