Blood Types

There was an article today on the internet about blood types.  It was truly not as informative as one would think.  They discussed the various types but not with sufficient data.  Of course, the ‘O’ type is the oldest and is in demand for transfusions.  They did include they are prone to new foods that may cause allergies.  Basically, the ‘O’ types ate meats, fruits and nuts.  Their palates are not remotely sophisticated to eat processed foods.  They truly should avoid all fast food chains. The ‘A’ or ‘B’ by themselves should not make meat their primary diet on a daily basis.  They also should eat fruits, vegetables and nuts.  Heavy foods are not for them.  Of course, the newest ‘A/B’ can eat everything.  What the article should have really discussed is eating to your blood type.  I believe it and follow it daily.  I first discovered the scientific data when it was released while I was at a doctor’s. It was in a medical journal and the nurse happily copied it for me. Eating to your blood type enables you to be healthier.  Anyone who follows the diets’ applicable foods will have less health issues, stomach aches, allergies, vomiting, and other problems. Although, eating fast food on a regular basis is not good for anyone. When I lived in Ireland I went to the Image Gym in Swords.  The owner was livid that fast food was encroaching upon Ireland.  He felt it was not the way to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  What do you think?
